Biology Club- Final Conference Begins

Greetings from Yamamura Kokusai Biology Club! This year’s oral research poster presentation is just around the corner. The “High School Student Bio Summit” will be held next month (first round on the Web on August 7th, final match in person, August 21st-22nd). The summit will be attended by strong schools from all across the country, including Super Science Highschools (SSH) so we invited OGs and OBs of the biology department to participate in the “Final Conference” held on July 27th.

On that day, two second year students, who are scheduled to make presentations at the summit, made presentations using posters and PowerPoint. In the question and answer session afterwards, the war hardened OG and OB made sharp points that progressed in the midst of the tension.

Based on the indications of the OG and OB, the second year members showed their ability to compete in the first selection (web tournament) and what it will be like to participate in the the final match. They are aiming to win against many of the SSH and powerful schools.
