Biology Club Participated in Private School Cultural Festival

It`s the Biology Club! Our first- and second-year students participated in the research presentation section of the art exhibition at the 53rd Anniversary Saitama Private School Cultural Festival (sponsored by the Saitama Private School Arts and Culture Federation, an NPO), held at Saitama Kaikan (Saitama City) on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th.

The research presentation section featured 42 posters, mainly from natural science clubs and activities, from eight private junior and senior high schools in the prefecture. The posters were judged based on their research on the 13th, the day before the exhibition. The exhibition was open to the public the following day, the 14th, and there was a core time in the afternoon of the 15th, during which students and their advisors shared their research in a poster session. An awards ceremony and critique followed.

Unfortunately, the Biology Club didn’t win any prizes, but it was a great opportunity to learn about the research being done by other schools. Thank you very much.
