Biology Club- TAMA Science Festival

On Sunday, November 3rd, the “TAMA Science Festival TOUYAKU 2024” (hosted by the Faculty of Life Sciences, Tokyo University of Pharmaceutical Sciences) was held face-to-face for the first time in 5 years.

On the day, after the opening ceremony, posters were presented and reviewed face-to-face in the morning (1) and the afternoon (2), 7 abstracts were on demand. After that, the closing ceremony and social gathering ended, and the examination results were announced at a later date. In addition, the Toyaku Festival (Gakuen Festival) was also held at the same time, and we enjoyed lunch at a stall between the presentations.

Two of our 2nd year students presented abstracts in the form of posters. It was a good opportunity for the presenters from other schools to learn about the research content of our biology club. In addition, we were able to receive questions from the judges who could provide tips for future research.
