Biology Club: Won the “Poster Award”

It`s the biology club! We participated in the high school student poster presentation of the “Japan Zoological Society 95th Nagasaki Convention” (hosted by the Japan Zoological Society) held at Nagasaki University (Bunkyo Campus) on Saturday, September 14th.

Although it was a hot day, 27 schools and 49 abstracts from all over the country gathered in the education and liberal arts building of the Bunkyo Campus, and posters were presented in real face-to-face in front of academic society officials.

The biology club presented two abstracts (each a second year study) in the morning and the afternoon. In particular, the first abstract was and animal related study, and it was successful for academic members and university officials who were interested in the content of the presentation (the other abstract was presented on behalf of OG due to the presenter`s poor health).

After the afternoon presentation, an award ceremony was held at the Bunkyo Sky Hall of Education and LIberal Arts Building and won the “Poster Award.”

The biology club focuses on research using animals, so we cannot miss the presentation at this zoological society. The valuable opinions received on the day will be used as a reference in the future. Thank you for all the presentations.
