Special Support Education Teacher Training

On Thursday, December 12th, Kazuki Moritani of Kaien Teens Co., Ltd. Kita-Urawa was invited as a lecturer and conducted on-campus training about special needs education for teachers. The theme of the training was “Children`s Developmental Disabilities- On-Campus Support and Career Path.”

From the point of view of a company that provides employment support and learning support for people with developmental disabilities, we were able to hear specific stories through practice. We were able to learn important perspectives, such as the current situation of social support for developmental disabilities and rational consideration, thinking about what we want to achieve and being aware of the purpose rather than the means. I would like to make use of what I have gained from training in future educational activities.
