Almost 30 first- and second-year students from the light music club participated in a tour of the “Kanto 3rd High School Light Music Tournament”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0394 (Laplacian) participated in the first competition last year, but unfortunately they missed out on the second and third competitions. Sponsored by the National Association of School Light Music Clubs (NPO), the Kakehashi Arts and Culture Foundation, and the Agency for Cultural Affairs, 25 bands selected from Tokyo and seven prefectures in the Kanto region through video screening join this competition. Each year, three bands are selected from Saitama Prefecture. Participants are judged on their performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first time for the first-year students who joined the club this year to observe such a large competition, and the purpose is for them to compile their own impressions and opinions on each band that participated, and to use this as a reference for future band activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been holding tours since the second term. The students were impressed by the performances by top-class bands in the Kanto region. The second year students also seemed to have renewed their determination to follow their seniors, by competing next year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
