Sunday July, 14th, was the last practice day before the retirement of the third grade. They will be officially retired after participating in the Saitama Prefecture Iaido Tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(We will hold a demonstration at the cultural festival, so if you are interested, please come!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to show you want a typical practice day consists of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martial arts begins with courtesy and ends with gratitude. First of all, thank you to the gods, the teachers, and the friends who practice together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After doing preparatory exercises such as swinging and footwork, we will hone our skills on our own. (What is Iaido?? More about that next time…..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were able to see a hearty swing after today`s practice. We will also upload future activities, so please come back again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
