Farewell ceremony

On Thursday, April 16th, we held a farewell ceremony for former Principal Tatsuro Nakayama, who served as principal of our school for seven years until March of this year.

Principal Hori introduced former Principal Nakayama’s career, highlighting how he overcame the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully managed numerous events, including the 100th anniversary celebrations of Yamamura Gakuen. Former Principal Nakayama then addressed the students, urging them to “work hard towards their goals” and “strive to realize their dreams.” He concluded by expressing his gratitude to all students and staff.

The students who attended the farewell ceremony listened attentively to the former principal’s speech, and it seemed to be an opportunity for them to reaffirm their own goals for the future.
