High School-University collaboration with the University of Human Sciences

On March 11, 2026, Yamamura International High School concluded a high school-university collaboration agreement with the University of Human Sciences.

The University of Human Sciences was founded in 2000 with the motto, “A university where students acquire licenses in their right hand and the skills to live in their left.”

The Faculty of Human Sciences is located on the Hasuda Campus, and the Faculty of Health Sciences is located on the Iwatsuki Campus. Students can acquire qualifications such as registered dietitian, certified psychologist, nurse, physical therapist, and prosthetist/orthotist, and the university cultivates individuals who will play an active role in welfare and medical fields.

Going forward, as part of the high school-university collaboration, we plan to hold school tours and trial classes, and receive cooperation from the university in providing after-school learning support, including career guidance and psychology lectures.
